Refunds & Cancellations
Your purchases and payments for Zexacode and its units are governed by this Refunds & Cancellation Policy
1.1 Introduction
This Refunds and Cancellation policy regulates all the transactions conducted through Zexacode and its units viz ZexaPay, ZexaIoT, ZexaGro, and their websites, Subdomains, and other Android and/or iOS Applications. Zexacode Technologies LLP will be hereinafter referred to as “US“, “WE“, “OUR“, and the person visiting and using these websites and applications will be hereinafter referred to as the “CUSTOMER“, “CLIENT“, “USER” or “YOU“
This policy statement will be an underlying agreement in terms of Refunds and Cancellations between us and the customer.
1.2 Purchases through Mobile Recharges
The customer is advised to thoroughly verify the accuracy of the mobile number concerned before making a recharge as once the recharge has been executed and the transaction is successful through the Telecom operator, it is not possible to reverse the same and refund the money back to the customer. However, if the transaction had been a failed transaction, Zexacode, ZexaPay, and its units will be liable to refund the same to the customer’s wallet within 48 working hours.
1.3 Purchases through DTH Recharges
The customer is advised to thoroughly verify the accuracy of the DTH number concerned before making a recharge as once the recharge has been executed and the transaction is successful through the DTH operator, it is not possible to reverse the same and refund the money back to the customer. However, if the transaction had been a failed transaction, Zexacode, ZexaPay, and its units will be liable to refund the same to the customer’s wallet within 48 working hours.
1.4 Purchases through FasTag Recharges
The customer is advised to thoroughly verify the accuracy of the vehicle number concerned before making a recharge as once the recharge has been executed and the transaction is successful through the Banking Partner, it is not possible to reverse the same and refund the money back to the customer. However, if the transaction had been a failed transaction, Zexacode, ZexaPay, and its units will be liable to refund the same to the customer’s wallet within 48 working hours.
1.4 Bill Payments
The customer is advised to thoroughly verify the accuracy of the consumer/account number concerned before making a bill payment as once the transaction has been executed and the transaction is successful through the Banking Partner and the Bill has been paid, it is not possible to reverse the same and refund the money back to the customer. However, if the transaction had been a failed transaction, Zexacode, ZexaPay, and its units will be liable to refund the same to the customer’s wallet within 48 working hours.
1.4 Purchases through Online Store
Zexacode Technologies LLP and its units viz ZexaPay, ZexaIoT, ZexaGro, and their websites, Subdomains, and other Android and/or iOS Applications may provide online shopping experiences to you. Your purchases of the goods from such stores will be regulated to the following conditions:
(i) Consumables: Goods meant to be consumed cannot be refunded or exchanged however, feedback or a complaint can be raised on any issue you might encounter during the shopping experience. We make sure, you receive quality products with valid consumable periods and superior packaging.
(ii) Goods other than consumable products: All other products can be refunded or exchanged within a 7-Day (Seven Day) window from the date of delivery provided they are returned in their original packaging, labels, and stickers. An Exchange or Return ticket must be first generated with the correct invoice number and a photograph of the delivered product stating the reason for exchange or return. You can also submit a review or file a complaint on any issue you might encounter during the shopping experience. We make sure, you receive quality products in superior packaging.
1.5 Other Transactions
Wallet deposits must be done in our Company Bank account numbers as specified and must be intimated through the Deposit Request system through our applications with Valid Transaction numbers/UTR numbers. The customer is advised not to hand over money or other documents to unauthorized personnel claiming to be from Zexacode and its units. Zexacode Technologies LLP will not be liable for such transactions conducted through unauthorized and malicious persons.
1.6 Disclaimer
Zexacode Technologies LLP never asks for any Banking Information from you over the phone or SMS. To get support for transactions, you will first have to raise a Ticket and provide documentary proof of the financial transaction. We never ask for OTPs or any other such stuff from you and you are hereby advised to stay alert of such fraudsters while transacting online.
